lower your line speed to 8mb , unless you do need full 10mb , should increase the snr as stated above.
I would typically recommend SNR margins of 10dB or higher, otherwise the ADSL connection could be unstable. 6dB is the bare minimum to connect.
Typically the downstream SNR margin would increase 3dB for each 1Mbps that you decrease your downstream speed by.
Noise Margin (Upstream) 14.0 db
Noise Margin (Downstream) 21.5 db
Attenuation (Upstream) 11.5 db
Attenuation (Downstream) 25.5 db
