Hey people,
I just have a quick question about an iPad that I got through FNB. The device slipped out of my hand and now the top left corner of the glass is cracked. Except for the screen giving off glass splinters, everything seems to be working fine.
I've spoken with someone from FNB and they sent me the document that I need to take with to an iStore. But I haven’t yet been able to confirm whether this is covered by FNB or the device warranty. Have any of you perhaps gone through this process?

P.S. I've always taken good care of my gadgets and the device was in a protective cover. But I guess the angle at which it hit the table was perfect because it only fell about 20cm and it still popped out of the cover and broke.
