So which ISP is the really the best?

I have to get a new ISP. And I'm definately in need of a 10mb Uncapped Account.

The question is just who is the best???

Reading through a few of the threads on here it seems like everyone is struggeling at the moment.

I need to make a choice for the end of this month but don't know which way to go.

Any help would be appreciated.

When mweb breaks, your internet breaks. OpenWeb doesn't break
I can't tell you the countless times I've read about the slow mweb speeds -especially when there's trouble with the cables. And during all those times when the mweb guys have slow/no internet, I download full speed. Not once during my 2+ yrs has the OW Gold line been down. You can download as much as you can, you will not get nasty messages/warnings from OW.
If you want to download, then OW Gold is the only clear choice. (IMO)

I speak to a sales person who setup my account. I have a 10mb line and they can only give me a 4mb trial account.

I setup my modem and get connected immediately. I get disconnected almost instantly. I wait 5 minutes and setup the modem again. Immediate connection. Open one website and get disconnected. Wait again for a few minutes. Repeat everything again.

Same problem.

Mweb FAIL!!!!

I'm back to my Afrihost Capped Account.
