So who won E3? Well....(drumroll)

Why do Sony console users bash microsoft and visa versa, and speak like they are the updated factual book of effing technology, shut up and play!

Very intelegent response to the topic, we can see why Spielberg conned you too!

You are all missing an important point: Nintendo did it first :)

because stating a fact directly related to a complete inaccuracy in a previous post is the exact definition of trolling

Inaccurate by who's definition, YOURS! FGS, LOL. In your eyes anything posted about the M$ Xbox console you do not like is inaccurate and anything posted about the PS3 you troll, no matter how true.

Taking into account I don't have any care/concern for handheld gaming...

M$>Sony in terms of console at this years E3. Yes the PSP got alot of attention... Yes Sony's motion controller looks great - but its still a Wii knock off (its a remote). What M$ is doing is pushing the tech further from the Wii's remote and Sony's eyetoy.

But watch, i'll get flamed for being a Xbot (who's actively looking to buy a PS3 )

My 2c

WOW amazing how this whole NATAL project is the 2nd coming of Christ all of a sudden.
In terms of gaming M$ was pretty meh, only 2 good games coming out this year and one doesn't even interest me, Splinter Cell bah! Forza 3 looks pretty good just hope they polish it a bit more, screens look great but gameplay footage is not as good as the screens.

Back to NATAL, WTH??!!! Motion Tech FTL! Imagine playing Halo with all that movement, that will be royally kark! A racer where you look like a complete doofus turning your head and turning the air.
To me its all gimmicks, be it Sony, M$ or Nintendo. Its just a way to look ridiculous IMO!
If you really wanna impress me, bring a realistic full body vibration suit with a total virtual reality perspective. Where it really feels like you're in the game, now that would work well with an FPS.
Twas a good E3 for gamers and I don't see how a winner can be crowned, wait till all the games mentioned are released for that judgement.

Best games of E3 for me:

The Last Guardian
Uncharted 2: AT
God of War III
GT5
WKC
FFXIII
MGS: Peace Walker
MGS: Rising
Alan Wake
Forza 3
Assassins Creed 2 (Still on the fence but vids look good)

Remember how the press raved about the Wii when it was released? Fast forward to today and you've got a handful (literally) of decent games on the Wii, with the rest being shovelware. NATAL looks good in the same way it you thought it was cool to clap your hands to turn on/off lightbulbs way back when. It's completely impractical, and the ONLY genre it'll be good for is casual games, where precision is the least of your concern.
I;m also not a fan of Sony's wand, in fact, motion sensing as a whole just doesn't sit well with me, but NATAL has pretty much set itself up for a helluva lot of dissapointment.

Couldn't agree with you more.
Motion Tech is a gimmick and belongs with the Wii

Completely agree with you guys!!!

Like I asked in the other thread........ when did the Wii become cool again?

These "OMG NATAL PWNZORZ THE ARTARD WAND LOLZ" and vice-versa arguments are completely retarded. No-one will be playing any AAA title games on the PS3 or Xbox using motion sensing.

The fanbois are just arguing for the sake of arguing.

As usual

I'll keep on buying games that suit my taste ... irrespective of the platform.

And yes, I'm buying a PS3 once God Of War 3 comes out ... not heresy ... just a choice :D

Inaccurate by the fact you said xbox is manufactured in america, which it is not, or do you want a map?

Well, with most forum polls voting for M$ because of NATAL, and the whole Milo/NATAL demo being a sham, i'd guess it's safe to say that everyone knows that Sony is the REAL winner here. ;)

Am I the only one who liked the Nintendo conference?

Nothing wrong with it. Down to the wire, factual, to the point and NO CON projects for gaming announced. Typical eastern style, honest and correct.

As a gamer (who owns a Wii), Metroid is the only game worth anything shown at E3 by Nintendo

No the vitality sensor doesn't count

edit: still trying to brown nose Sony every chance you get?

As a gamer (who also owns a Wii), Super Mario Galaxy 2 and New Super Mario Bros. Wii also look amazing. The DS is also getting some snazzy games :)
