Software pirates forced to cough up

OSX has no activation like microsoft & no1 hears them bitching all the time ;)

So wot is the point, more cash or ??
 
I find it quite intriguing that there is not a whiplash from allot of people in this forum topic.

I suppose allot of the members have bought from these retailers or chose just to turn a blind eye!

I am not surprised. We all have only legal software!:D
 
All my soft is legal...erm well most of it, aag hell whatever. Pirating is against the law so is driving 120 in a 60 zone. as long as software is expensive there will be expensive
 
Ja, interestingly though, I could argue the piece of software I slaved to develop over the last 3 years is worth R20k/copy in my time and effort alone. However company is selling it for R689-00 installed in target hardware.

Depends how you want to look at it really. Many people think that all software should be free. Look at all the freeware and opensource out there. The programmers who made this back that statement up.
