Software to Bypass / Remove User Password in Windows ?

a user have forgotten his password and his pc is not part of Active Directory so cannot change his password via AD.

i usually use software called " PC LOGIN NOW" which works 99% of the time to remove passwords but has not worked on this pc.

Any suggestions ?

edit: is the PC on the domain though? With an admin account you should be able to change the password for any local user in Computer Management while logged in.

PC is not on a domain.
Previous Company set the Administrator password and thats the issue.
Cant login @ all
