Software to image Win 7

Hi Guys

I'm looking for software that I can use to image Win 7 so it can be loaded onto other laptops with exactly the same specs.


I currently have Shadow protect but I don't see the option to remove all the laptop specific configurations like for instance SIDs.

use ghost... exact copy of the image in 5 - 10 minutes...


you can get it on one of the multitude of boot disks that are available online for free, or you can buy it!

Best tool to create an image is Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Workstation, or True Image Home. All paid-for commercial products. Acronis Family Overview.

If you want to migrate an image to dissimilar hardware, you need to also get the Universal Restore add-in for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10. Takes care of SID as requyired. Slipstreams in new low-level driver support for RAID, etc as required. There's a server version as well.
