Some channels don't work/break (DSTV)

They keep on breaking up like there's rain or something... but it's everyday so it's obviously not rain and it's only 3 channels.
E!, CNBCA and Comedy Central.

My signal strength for other channels is 81% and the quality is betwen 73 and 77
For E! and CC, Strength is 80% and quality 63-66
For CNBCA Strength is 80% and quality 53-57%

What's the problem here? How can only a few not work?

if it is only certain channels i would hazard a guess it is the alignment of the LNB, you could try to adjust it in the slightest but make sure to mark it very accurately before attempting to move it

I noticed the same issue, on normal HD 170 all works fine. All other HD channels work fine, but the broadcast of certain programs on 174, 108, 122 etc give issues like the other people have mentioned.

I have tried adjusting the LNB and it does not help. My signals also vary from a signal strength of 98 with signal quality of 90, then on certain channels it often goes down to a signal quality of around 40

Maybe someone from mulitchoice can answer this.

Alignment, LNB or cable issues. Quality should be 100%... Level can drop way down, as long as the quality stays 100%. Get your dishes checked by installers with the right instrumentation.

the lnb needs to be re-set and check the cables for deterioation (spelling).I had the same problem ,by readjusting the lnb and re-fitting the ends of the cables--all my channels came back
