iPhone 14 Pro camera lens shaking uncontrollably and making grinding noises

Multiple owners of the recently-launched iPhone 14 Pro have reported uncontrollable shaking of their phones' cameras and grinding noises when using third-party apps.

9to5Mac cited several online reports about the issues from iPhone 14 Pro users on Reddit and Twitter.

I'd say problems with instagram and snapchat are definitely a problem. And that noise from the camera lens doesn't sound good at all

It's the developers at the 3rd party apps?
They're either intentionally sabotaging again - or just poor coders in general?

But at the end of the day - who cares?

I don't use Snapchat anyway - and if I really wanted to, I'd simply use my dSLR - transfer the photos and BAM! And anyway - there's a very simple workaround that they mentioned - so no issue here at all

Seems like it may be something to do with the sensor-shift image stabilization that that the main camera is equipped with. The other two cameras use the traditional optical stabilization and are not being affected by the problem.

That makes sense yes, but grinding noises is really strange when there is no mechanical moving parts ... unless it is apps accessing the cameras and the lenses are making the noise when focusing.
