Some slow services (protocols) on 20mb adsl

Hi

Anyone know how to fix some slow protocols....

Past few days videos on facebook buffer permanent, and netflix takes like 2 mins to load a movie sometimes dropping quility...and some other websites take years to load....some is not effected and load instant.

I have a 20MB adsl line with axxess , afrihost and another isp...and it does it on all.

Speedtests show no slow speed and run in full sync. Port reset also dont seem to work....

Any help on this problem since axxess pull their sholders up and no problem telkom side they say...
My friend also a few blocks away did experience the same he told me.

Yes the last 3 days yesterday my line was down for 3 hr
It try webafrica with have 3 disconnection 40 vdsl I’m not get more like 2 mb/s
I try crystal web slow I try telkom slow best so far is webafrica
But not like normal I was getting 4.5 mb/s

no im in mossel bay....but just weird only some protocols is slow...ive googled some solutions and it state i must change the DNS..... 1st want to hear what other people say....

Won't hurt to try different DNS servers - googles are a safe bet if you're not using a DNS service to watch overseas programming.

I've spent the past 24 hours trying to download some music from Google Play to no avail but downloads from other sources, as well as streaming, have been prefect.

It seems doesnt matter what dns you use or what isp you use its been horrible for the part 5 days

yep same problem on webafrica. Been like this for me since tuesday.
