Hey guys and @Captain Axxess
We are having internet connectivity issues with our FNO (Octotel) through Axxess for about 2-3 weeks. We are located in Newlands and have a 1000mbps line with Axxess.
Recently, we have been facing a few connectivity problems. For instance, we have been receiving DNS errors when trying to access certain websites, which seem to occur randomly. After a few refreshes, we can load the site again, but this can be quite frustrating. Additionally, we've been experiencing media streaming issues with websites such as YouTube, Disney Plus, and Tiktok. Although they work fine for 20-30 minutes, they then begin buffering and not loading any media-based content for around 5 minutes before returning.
Furthermore, we have noticed that some websites take a long time to resolve and start downloading the content, which only happens on our home Wifi with you guys. When we switch to mobile data, the issue doesn't persist. We have attempted to call in and log a support ticket several times, but without "evidence" that we are having a problem, the support team isn't escalating the issue.
Since the problem is intermittent, we cannot provide a traceroute or any other evidence to help diagnose the issue. I am hoping that you (@Captain Axxess ) can help us resolve this problem as soon as possible.
