He'll simply never make another comment about her shallow, self-absorbed, narcissistic and materialistic personality. In return she will have the freedom to unload all of her dating stories on him and cry on his shoulder when needed. Everyone wins, really.

She will come back to you eventually. Women like like that... they don't like "sensitive apologetic" kinda guys nowadays.
