I was under the impression that disabled people of all colours fall under "designated groups".

He, and/or the ANC, are taking away policies that the EFF stand for to try to make them irrelevant. The goal of the ANC is to win elections in 2019. Zuma is gone, 1 point to the ANC. Expropriation of land without compensation, another point to the ANC.......

Unfortunately not, when I applied for a job online for a person who has disabilities it showed every race except whites as an option so couldn't even get past the first question without lying about my race :p.

I was actually contemplating saying I am an Albino just to get past the first question.

You can choose to be any race you want to be. There's no definition.
