Sony Memory stick -> micro conversion card

Anyone know where i can buy/get this from? i have a micro 1GB but the camera takes full memory sticks and the conversion card thing i had broke :o Also most places want to sell it with the micro card and i don't need another one.
 
If you can find a micro -> duo converter, you can have my duo -> ms converter.
