Sony Xperia Z2 - when will contracts be available?

I am dying to get the Sony Xperia Z2. I am currently on prepaid with my cracked screen iPhone and waiting patiently.
Does anyone know when it will be available on contract?

I am wondering if it's worth just taking a contract out on the Sony Xperia Z1... i still find it to be more impressive than the Samsung S5.

Opinions?

Side note...

• CellC is out because their signal is horrific and their data never works.
• I hate Vodacom, their signal is especially bad in my area, but I will consider them.
• MTN signal is also surprisingly bad in my area.
• 8ta I have never tried.

only consider TM IF you have ok to good ( read acceptable) MTN. Where ever TM does not have towers they piggieback on MTN.

I asked them on the Sony facebook page a few times, it "might" get to SA end of May to end of June.

Z1 is a pretty decent phone, my sister and her husband each have one but does not compare to the S5 in my opinion.

Thanks Venomous, interesting to know. I guess that's TM out for me too then. Seems like Vodacom is my only option really. Hopefully their customer service improves and they put a booster in my area

Update: Vodacom has got back to me and said they should have the Z2 by end May Now I must just be patient.

I wonder when CellC will get the Z2. On the 1st of June as well?. need to get a new phone
