Sony Z3

Hello everyone. About to get Z3 (contract upgrade). I would love to get the Sony Magnetic Charging dock. Cant seem to find it locally. Does anyone have it? And where did you get it?

Also looking at getting a decent case for it. Any ideas?

So I did the reset, was a mission to get everything back, but I can say my battery life has improved back to what it was when I got the phone. I don't know why it worked but it did. Very happy with Lolipop :)

I got my case and the dock from http://za.mobilefun.com/. it takes a couple of days but i have had no issues with stuff not arriving and their service is pretty good. if you dont like that try the Sony store at vodaworld, they sometimes have
 
Yay, I've just checked my Z3 dual for a software update and it's showing lollipop available for download :)

I'll need to update tonight and it says I need to do it on a computer, has anyone installed it using a Mac? I've got the Sony companion app loaded, I guess it'll just do it through that?

Big update for my Z3 yesterday. Was expecting 5.1 or 5.2 but still on 5.0.2. Maybe bug fixes only.
 
I noticed the volume control and quick settings have changed ever so slightly. And phone dialer looks different
 
Hi guys, really enjoying my Z3, but my phone volume is so low I just cannot hear it. Seemed to happen when I upgraded to 5.0 and the 5.1 update hasn't helped at all. My wife also has the Z3 but didn't do the upgrade from Android 4 and her phone volume is fantastic.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what music player you use, but in poweramp the equalizer settings are all default at zero. I turned mine all the way up to the top for quite a big boost.

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is with ringtone and speaker volume when on a call as well as music and videos. All the sliders are at 100%

Argh, sorry bud, can't help. But I do notice my volume can be a bit iffy at time when playing music or calls through bluetooth in the car. Ringtones and normal calls are okay though. I'm still on 5.0.2 btw.
