Was in Jiu Jitsu and fell awkwardly, felt my shoulder almost dislocate. It now hurts a lot when I move it, anything I can take or do to help with the pain?
I'm trying not to use it, but it's my right arm, so it's quite difficult when I have all these habits.

Jiu jistsui my rear Helghast, you were probably in a speed fap session :p

I would take cataflam/catafast etc I.e anti-inflammatory

+1 to the above - had the same happen to me - I sent you a pm Helghi

You are bruised and where you fell there is an inflammation.
Get Ibuprofen from your chemist.

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.

Ibuprofen is used to reduce fever and treat pain or inflammation caused by many conditions such as headache, toothache, back pain, arthritis, menstrual cramps, or minor injury.

I almost dislocated my shoulder after playing around with a big-ass elephant gun.
Just keep it moving slowly and apply a fair amount of heat to it. It takes about a week to get better.
If by then it's not better, or you're worried, see a physio.
