Hi all,

Anyone managed to source a sous vide circulator? I've been looking at the anova but there's currently no 220v option. Not dead set on the anova, but it does seem to be very well rated.

well I used my induction cooker on the lowest setting and stired the pot every couple of minutes

Isn't : "learn how to cook" the correct answer?

Not sure I follow? There's no technique I'm aware of that's a substitute for sous vide. But if you have some material worth reading I'm certainly willing to learn.

I've had one for a few years, but was imported from Canada.

Did you get one with an European plug or are you just using an international plug?
Think it was a kettle cord input so I just swapped it in and have been using it like that since.

So this is a slow cooker with a pump inside.

800 watts and 8 liters per minute, max time is 99 hours

My Nomiku arrived today. Yay, going to cook something real long this weekend...

And this is another reason I hang out on mybb .....

My first reaction was .... wtf is a Soux video cooker ...... But after Google assisted me ... I am now a bit wiser. Thank you.

Must admit, I have had experience on the Soux braai, soux stove and soux microwave .... but not this.
