Why should I only pick one? It's first and foremost bat parenting. A lack of resources only makes things more difficult, but if you have to you can practice maths with a stick in the sand.

That is by the far the most stupidest thing I've read. But hey, let's do maths equations in the sand after our praise and worship session at school cos Jesus will make a way.

Anyway, it is no secret that there are real differences in intelligence, maths aptitude, science aptitude etc. among sub populations in South Africa. It all dependes how how slice it. According to income, tribe, race, sex, age etc.

You obviously have never been exposed to living conditions the "dumb masses" are living under. Mother working long hours and father working 500km+ away. This was the case during apartheid and is still the case for many.

agree, considering in the US, my mom worked long hours and my father was travelling to other counties regularly. Lots of parents in the military are not there to support the other spouse...but hey, those kids are passing.

That is barely even the case:
