I don't understand why South Africa, in general, has consistently ignored this stat for decades:

Drunk driving is a culture across all cultures; alcohol advertising gets a total free pass, and the education around alcohol consumption and drunk driving is so lame it doesn't touch the sophistication of alcohol campaigns.
