I work for a call centre (for an ISP) and fully agree! Clients scream and raise their voices WAY to easy! :mad:

Hope this will lead to somthing at our centre!
 
well we all use sennheiser headsets at work n its just as cr@p as the rest... a bit more comfy than the telcr@p ones tho :rolleyes:
