So I have several folders in one of my hard drives, but clicking on one specific one, let's my whole computer freeze. Need to close it in Task Manager, before my computer works again.

Can't right click, copy, cut or anything on the folder. Even one click makes the computer to freeze.

Hi there

download a program called Ccleaner from www.filehippo.com and give your system a clean , you will find that you have lots of unnecessary files in your temp folder which tends to slow down your system - try it you have nothing to lose and it works and it is for free. :)

Supply them with the Model#, Serial# & Firmware version. Explain the situation in detail to them.

Crazy enough but that 1.5TB died on me... This is regarding a 320G one. :(

Change view (to Details) of the a higher level folder of the faulty directory, select properties > Customise, check also apply this template to subfolders.
Might work.
