they have to be the dumbest ISP ever rule number 1 of hiding speed problems is throw in a masive cache server [they have this] enforce transparent proxing [done] where they fugging up is limiting BW to the proxy server for there users but leave it as a open proxy till recently for "leaches" ...

if browsing was fast complaints re speed drop drasticaly ... and honestly p2p is not a prioroty and if you need p2p try local first ... but that said it can be depriorotized put into a diferent queue but not shaped/limited ... as sentech clearly advertised there service as fast internet ....

Well, I am still downloading at a lightning-fast 700 bytes a second. Ooo, no, I am maligning the product - it has increased by over 200% to 900 bytes a second!!!

256k still not fixed limited to 8KB/s for intl and 16 KB/s for local after I did all speed tests, thats not even 128k package - what the hell am I paying for?

Please ask Sentech this question. Its just not acceptable for them to purposefully limit our traffic like the are doing right now.
