Dude are you a spider watcher. If not here is a simple rule...
2/4
Less than 2 or more than 4 legs?
KILL IT BY ALL MEANS.

The reason for this thread is during my spring cleaning a friend was bitten a few times.
So I am still deciding on whether to take him to the hospital or not!
He is a bit pale and stiff by now though!
With friends like these, who needs venomous spiders.
Be my guest!
No seriously, be my guest!!!
Spiders need entertainment as well!

I'm thinking it is your 2nd search, more likely than not....I cannot and will not be your guest! You have a few spiders more in your factory than I have at home.
Your pictures are a bit small for detail. See if you can improve!

I recommend getting the professional fumigators anyway! You do not want to get your workers bitten by a spider at work. Will be to costly and expensive, very expensive.

Judging from the web and the shape of the spider, it looks a lot like an "Orb-web spider". They are for all intensive purposes harmless and extremely beneficial to the environment. Big specimens, such as the golden orb web, can give you an unpleasant bite which can become infected and could probably cause for you to seek the advice of a medical practitioner due to the fact that they are capable of injecting a lot of venom into a victim. However, the smaller specimens, such as this one, are not of medical importance, not that the bigger ones can be classified as dangerous either.
Hope this is sufficient information. The photo is not clear enough to identify it to genus or species level, however, the important thing is that the spider is not dangerous.
