Splashtop Personal - Logging me into someone else's computer?

Hello all,


Using Splashtop Personal on my iPad. Have been for the past 2 years. Today, upon trying to access my computer at work, I was logged into someone else's computer - as in, staring at their Outlook mailbox, on their work computer... :wtf:

This ever happened to any of you? Will do a hard reset on my iPad, and see if that changes things. Not quite sure how to proceed from here - so suggestions welcome.

Ja. Think I will. Changed passwords now - and emailed support. When I get into the office, will log-off from the streamer, and then reconnect with new password. That will hopefully fix things.

I have had this before but only internally at my office - logged out and back in and it was fine.....

Probably DHCP related; I'd also suggest tightening up security, as your example implies a common access password.
