Splitting local and international

There was a thread here a while ago that explained how to split local and international bandwidth on a WRT54GL router. (So that you can use your local only account for local stuff)

Been looking around but I can't seem to find it.

Anybody know where I can view the thread again.

This is the thread i used when i needed to split my traffic
It is called traffic splitter

I just put my router in half bridge mode, the router dials to Telkom and I then in use a PPPoE to dial to a prepaid account
