Uncapped 1mbps account advice

I just upgraded my linespeed to 1mbps and want to get a uncapped account as I'm starting to run out of cap since I got a bit faster line speed. I'm looking for the best ISP and account to go with for my needs which I will lay out.

Currently I'm using a 10GB account from telkom and then so far I used my 10GB international cap + 54GB local data. I thought local data was free but it seems like I thought wrong and might be paying R15 extra per local GB I use, therefore I might just as well go for a uncapped account.
I dont want to download excessive amounts, maybe a few movies when i have time, I also watch a lot of stuff on youtube, streaming or I'll download it. Some online games and maybe some facebook, I would say my avg would be around 100GB a month.
On the 1mbps line I have noticed speeds as low as about 700kbps, not sure if thats because of throttling. If there is accounts someone advise on that do get throttled after certain amount of data or during certain times please let me know by how much I can expect a 1meg line to get throttled by.

Ive read that many people complain about mweb and telkom, but I never used mweb so dont know if they any good, and with telkom I never really had problems before and used them for about 4 years now so I'm open for using any ISP.

You can easily do 100GB with Afrihost Uncapped 1Mbps without being throttled to death, the sign-up process is much easier than MWeb and you can cancel anytime before the 24th of the month and you wont pay the next month, Mweb has great products but they suck at making the sign-up process as user friendly as Afrihost.

I am an existing MWEB 1mb customer.... couldn't be happier. I have been on Afrihost, Axxess, everything. Nothing compares right now although I have heard Afrihost is doing well again (Probably because their customer base has drastically decreased)

If you ask me, go MWEB. This dude called MWEB_Guy helps you everywhere. If your line is down, you can go onto twitter, and bam, he's there to help. And he does actually answer. I've even got help from him on a Sunday. It's just wonderful.

Touch wood, everytime I say something nice about MWEB my line is either being worked on by Telkom or something goes wrong. Touch wood!!

Get the trial, and go MWEB. Otherwise don't come cry to us about you being throttled half way down your journey with another ISP

If you take Telkom uncapped you'll get upgraded to 2mb for free.

You've got to choose between Axxess's "Just uncapped", Openweb and MWEB. MWEB is the best all rounder (good pings, good speeds, nearly 100% uptime), openweb has the advantage of you being able to switch network backbones (very, very useful if you know what you are doing) and Axxess unshapes gaming ports and any local IP address, but during office hours you can forget about torrents. That being said, the IS News server is unshaped and you can get 99% of your stuff there with an Axxess ADSL account.

Ah yes. Telkom's uncapped option also. It tends to work best during office hours, and torrents aren't heavily shaped. It is good if you intend to use it during office hours at home.

Changing of backbones - why would one want to do this? Trying various backbones when speed seems to be a bit sluggish? First time I have heard of anyone being able to do this.

Say I want to upload or download a couple hundred gigs to/from the UK. I'd ask to be put on a backbone that uses the Seacom cable. The pings are a bit higher, but there is plenty of bandwidth.
