With a Telkomsa account, do they split local and international now, properly?

So if I do downloads on a local server, it won't come off the "international" first (like it used too)

You guys are going to have to bare with me as I catch up with all the ADSL information again...

Er? No? since when. Only Sainet does that now apparently.

Look at this line:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The blue represents international
The red is local

Walking the line....to get to the red, you need to go through blue first. Always been like that, always will be. Except, local is paid for and capped whereas previously it was uncapped.

Oh, there is a "trick" you can do to get local only before international, but you'd have to be capped on international and on your local bandwidth at the end of the month. All you need to do is make sure your router doesn't reset, that way you'll be on their local IP range and downloading with your local only bandwidth (no international) and then when that's done, just reset the router and browser with your international

Ok, it's not the end of the world, I was just told that they are doing it now, thus why they send you the e-mail telling you how much "INT" you've done and how much "LOCAL" you've done.
