Spotify Account Compromised?

Recently I found playlists I never added. Music (Electronic) and artists I've never listened to added to my liked and recently played songs. Changed my password for my Spotify account and Gmail account to something long and complicated. Removed all the crap that was added. Two days later found new crap added and listened to. WFT? Who's doing this? I don't share this account with anyone.

look @ login history for your account to peep any unfamiliar IPs

I'm unable to find that feature.

Yes and they go for cheap cheap. I constantly getting password reset requests after my email has been compromised.
