Springbok coach's lame excuses ...

No please alf101 the rugby genius. Don't ride on the comments of others. Don't you have a valid opinion of your own?

We support SA because no matter what I will remain South African. I can move to another country, change my clothes, change my accent, even marry a foreigner but guess what...you will ALWAYS be African.

The way I see it you have 2 choices: You can do exactly what every other person in SA is doing - bitch and moun about everything...boohoo we are so bad, the country is so k@k, crime is so high, the rand is so weak, I'm emigrating, we don't have an iTunes store jarra jarra jarra. OR you can choose to be different and NOT bitch and moun, and maybe reach out to your fellow South Africans, and maybe, just maybe SOME (not all) of our problems will be solved.

Everyone can moun...easiest thing in the world...but not everyone can make a difference!

Uhm, I'm sorry, but what does your tirade have to do with people blaming the coach? You blame the players, they blame the coach, can't really see what that has to do with being a patriot

Hi Big boy :)

I don't know if u've been following the tri nations at all, but u may have noticed that both both Australia and New Zealand have found themselves in the same situation as we've found ourself in on Saturday.

Now should we beat Australia in our next encounter that would mean that each of the 3 times has won and lost against the other teams.

Please ask your mommy to give u a hiding, because u are very naughty and rude.

Now go tidy your room.

Is this the best you can do? I'll go ask your mommy to give me a hiding!

Guys the team was entirely Jake White's worldcup winning line-up! Everyone speaks so highly of the Jake White era, to be honest SA was kark in the world cup. NZ & Auz had an off worldcup & SA was lucky not to play against them otherwise i wonder if we would have lifted the cup.

The previous lineup that won against NZ the other day was the PDV lineup ie. Januarie, Jantjes, Watson etc. The PDV "running" game insured a record win on NZ soil. Saterday he played Jake's team and they were kark omw they were super kark, played like a grade 1 team joh!! Hello!! dont pass the ball to the guy in black his not on your team duh!
Hello, take the ball on the loose dont give it to the guy in black his not your lover!!

Jake white got lucky PDV has his work cut out for him. But in sort they are both kark coaches its just the talent in SA is so great that you can be a netball coach and still win a world cup with our players.

Ok you must admit this is a funny comment. Shame man poor Jean! I think he is still kicking himself. But then again if the loose cannon Steyn did not play that ball quickly...

Does it make any difference ?

Lose by 12 or lose by 19 we still didn't score any points

I KNOW dammit that Steyn can act like a stupid kid sometimes! Mostly cuz he is but geez he can be brilliant sometimes 2.
PDV needs to develop him! He's like a crazy chicken because he sits there on the bench waiting building up, mind racing saying to himself when i get on that field now its kark!!! I'm gonna make kark now boytjies!

Steyn calm the **** down!!!! Relax take it easy boytjie and you'll be great. Replace Butch with this boytjie and give him time to develop and to find his pace or something

Ja ja Pitbull...we have already talked about the general aspects of the game (like loosing) now we are dissecting WHY we lost with 19 points and not 12 or 5 or why we did not win by 5 or 12 or 19. See, one needs to go full circle in order to cultivate an appreciation for the intricacies of Rugby. It's not just something you can talk about. It's like eating biltong. You can't eat biltong like you would, say MacDonalds!

I think you're full of shyt.

SA lost, get over yourself. ;)

The boks let everybody down. The All Black team that played on Saturday, was the worst that I had ever seen. They did not beat us at the game. We lost the game because we gave it to them. We played bad.

The players and only the players are to blame. Bad decisions, poor ball handeling and so on and so on, caused us to lose. There is no excuse for the way they played.

The fact that a big guy like Pierre Spies (muscle ape) decided to kick the ball, was an indication of the state of mind that the boks were in.

Zinzan Brooke was an excellence strategic kicker of the ball...even for an 8th man! But I must agree...forwards should not kick the ball away. If you look at the stats for the game then you will see Spies had the best game of all the loose forwards.

Line breaks = 2
Go forward = 5
Kicks catch: 3
Tackles made: 12
Possession lost= 1

Who cares about the rugby when listening to PDV him talk is more interesting.

His voice box need a tune-up.

My personal favourite:

"Either you can give him the opportunity to play himself into form or he can take the opportunity to play himself out of form because players always want to be the best and they can push themselves too far." - On...erm... something to do with squad rotation.

I don't think I am quite sure what the above means?!

We got owned at the breakdown. Hence we cant keep our own ball and you do need 6+ phases to score vs any decent team.
