Lambie control the game better at 10 as its his preferred position. he is also a clever player and links up very good with players around him

Looks like JdJ is going to start on Saturday anyway according to HM. It's possible that JdV will be rested, Taute to fb and Kirchner out.

Which is actually quite funny given the recent subject matter :)

Don' think Heyneke is racist, he just has his favourites, like every manager in the world does. It's unfortunate that Juan is coloured and that it's an issue. He is a good player, but with Heyneke's style of play. Aplon and Juan for me does not fit his style of play. Kirchner not as fast and agile as Lambie and Aplon, but jumping for the ball in the air. He is probably the best at that in SA rugby.

Our style of playing Rugby needs to be changed and personally give the young guys are chance. Who cares if we LOSE the tour, as least we can truly say Juan, Mvovo or whoever didn't play before. You are not good enough to play.

Players should be chosen on merit, maybe its just co-incidence that the players not being chosen are not white.

ROFL :D Rather go back to the football threads. Lambie has played and excelled at Fullback for 80% of his career. Also Aplon is perhaps the 3-5th best fullback in SA, Ludik, taute, Lambie are all better or more on form than Aplon.

Lambie is a talented player but should be at fullback.

That will be great. JdJ gets a chance to show that he can adapt and JdV gets a rest, as well as we will see a more attacking fullback in the game.

I hope Lambie gets another chance at flyhalf.

It is only important to those who don't care about results. It is important to win! All players must be picked on merit only irrespective race colour or creed (with the exception of Watson of course). Sport is sport and politics is politics and should NEVER be mixed

Couldn't agree more on de Jongh - Mvovo I would give another chance as he was axed after the game in Oz where he mad a plunder and they scored. You will need both hands to count the times Hougie has been out of position and compromised the line.

Steyn was dropped so your argument is invalid, he responds slowly to change. I'm not a big HM fan as he gave turbo reverse Greyling and Kruger another chance at the jersey but he has made gradual changes that the public mostly wanted. Goosen, Flow, Lambie, Jantjies.

We need a captain and a set of centres JdJ is not the answer Taute isn't either.
I feel bad for Robbie Ebersohn (cheetahs supporter :D ) his size counts against him but his work in the tight loose is excellent his defence is solid, he has pace and a wicked step. But he doesn't fit into the bash role our centres need. . . .
