Just out of interrest, did you or anybody else, ever ate the blue cheese burger? Anybody enjoyed eating that vulgar kak?

Yep. I had their mediterranean pepper sauce burger, like 2 times before that and that was great.
In hindsight, I think they got the blue cheese burger idea from googling blue waffles.

Blue cheese is lovely, but I doubt that Spur makes a real blue cheese sauce, they most likely use something synthetic. I really can't see Spur prep sauces every day, their menu is simply not designed around it.

As a teenager I used to waiter at La Romantica on the occasion, so I know how the kitchen works, and Spur's kitchen would work the same given their target market and 'excessive' menu. I also know people who have owned a Spur, as well as people who have managed a Spur, so I kinda understand the operations.

There is a good reason I would avoid eating Schnitzels in most cases at these mass catered restaurants which prioritises volume, or quantity, above quality. Not saying these restaurants don't have quality, as it all comes down to management in any case, but they want to move tables as quickly as possible. Spur is not about the eating experience; they use marketing to sell you a story to get you into their seats.

I have an idea that Spur may do better with their ghost kitchens, simply because there will be less pressure on the kitchen, but you also remove customer interaction, so... good management is a necessity.

I love blue cheese so yes have had spurs which was mediocre and had it at other places

True.. I think the worst of the worse is what happen to the Native Americans, Canadians, Aborigine and Kiwi.. Africa has their horrific tales too.. but were not wiped out as much due to usefulness vs labour.. ironically this is why people think lesser of the abuse.

The ****ed up thing I find hilarious is people love to praise the US.. but they, Aus, Cad, Nzl continued what is regarded as human rights abuses till the late 70s..

And US continues to try regime change outside their backyard.
