No it won't.

A criminal record only displays information where a person was either convicted or acquitted in a court of law.

Matters that were not prosecuted and arrests are not displayed on a criminal record.

Some police officer who had access to the SAPS CAS system can get access to cases reported against a person and arrests. This information cannot be used in a court or elsewhere. It can only be used by police officers during the course of investigations.

That being said, this information was accessed unlawfully and the police can see which force number was used to log into the system and conducted the search.

That is so blatantly stupid and I can prove it to you. Take a false rape accusation for example. Should a man bare that scar for the rest of his life because of people who think as you do? Simply because one is charged with a crime should never reflect on how he is treated by society. If we gave people that power the world would quickly fall into anarchy with people laying charges left, right and center against anybody they disliked.

She went on to accuse stranger Noam Shazad of rape in 2012 before filing six other – allegedly also bogus – complaints in 2013.

During the times she made those – and other – accusations, Beale claimed to be a lesbian who had never had sex with a man before Mahan Cassim. This was later proven to be false, leading her to be charged with four counts of perjury.

She is also charged with four counts of perverting the course of justice.

A bit off topic I know but many of the kids who accused MJ came forward and admitted that their parents only did it for the money.

You see, sometimes "you people" can't help but conflate the issues. Show me where, in my sentence I alluded to that? All I am doing is trying to get you to admit that what you posted was illogical and that you cannot discriminate based on accusations.

but yet, those people have similar accusations, and were found not guilty in a court of law. so what does that tell you?

All discrimination in South Africa is by definition illegal unless stipulated for by government. This is constitutional law.

If you somehow got hold of their arrest record (not their criminal record), and used that to discriminate against someone, that would be discriminating against someone for no valid reason.
