Good you have showed up.
Why don't you make that argument for genocide again. Given it is just a different point of view.
how can I be pro genocide if I am a SJW?

see, you are not reading what I am saying.
I am saying people call others who have a different option to them a SJW.
I mean FFS, I was called a SJW, WHILE my argument was "invalid" because I want an exterminatus on the planet.
also remember, my point was the man does not deserve to be defended.
I did also say the women should have also been banned.
but everyone, you included decided to gloss over that and call me an SJW instead completly ignoring everything else.
because the only thing worse than actually being an SJW, is being that kind of person that calls others an SJW.
Everyone on Mybroadband thinks they are ****ing Stephen Hawking
Excuse me sir! I'll have you know I'm significantly more limber than Hawking, with superior enunciation to boot!
Everyone on Mybroadband thinks they are ****ing Stephen Hawking but in the end we are all just dumb as pig **** for arguing on the internet.
Easy:
You view that people suffer too much, therefore the "kind" thing to do is put them out their misery.
I called you a SJW because you are convinced that everybody who is critical over the punishment doled out by Spur is supportive of the supposed woman beater. Not one person in this thread has supported the man, rather they have been critical of the woman and some people can't conflate the 2 issues because logic doesn't exist in their echo chamber minds. We all think the guy is a twat, but the punishment should have been for both or neither.
Arguing or lively debate (or trolling)?
ok so if you are not defending him, then why did you feel the need to correct me? and why are you still ignoring the statement I made where I said that she should have been banend as well? oh I know, because if you actually read what I said then you would be forced to realise you are in fact a SJW yourself, fighting for the social justice of the man who got banned.
but hey, lets not go down that road, it might lead to you thinking for a change.
I simply pointed out that you were attempting poison the well and that it was a logical fallacy. This is a tactic used by SJW's when they can't argue the merits of a case and so want to deplatform others that are critical of their position. Rather than a SJW, I should have used virtue signalling because calling out an alleged woman beater is nothing short of attempting to retake the moral high ground and using it to base an argument over instead of the facts at hand.
now you are just proving you have not read a thing I have said.
while I do agree, we need to prove guilt first, in this case it is pretty clear he is a tool bag that deserves no sympathy from anyone, for anything. him, and other people like him needs to be completely removed from society, as they are literally breeding this culture of spousal abuse into future generations.
what we really need is just a complete exterminatus of planet earth, but we cant be lucky enough to get that.
fact, he beats his wife (yes she revoked charges, but that is something abuse victims do, she even revoked the case where he was beating her in public) he does not need to be found guilty of this one, it is a fact, can we agree here?
.
You have just admitted here that you view the system as so fundamentally unjust that it is better that everyone gets killed by a righteous inquisitor (don't think I don't get the 40k reference).
You don't know that. That is what the point I was making. It is not a fact. The article even said he was found not-guilty on one of the charges.
It is only a fact because it fits according to the circumstantial evidence you have provided.
no, he was found not guilty on one charge, but all the others were withdrawn by the victim. this includes the case of beating her in public.
there is nothing here that fits my narrative, its just a simple 1+1 = 2 situation.
he beats his wife, so he has anger problems, so he made a bigger deal out of a situation than it needed to be, but due to the first thing, he should still be dragged into the streets and have his arms cut off, but that is my opinion.
he is still a twatnoodle, and due to his past actions, Karma came his way, he should have a more severe punishment than being banned from a bad restaurant. he should have his arms cut off, but then again, I am a fan of a preventative punishment.
The funny thing about karma... it goes all the way around. His wife must have some major schit in her past to have ended up where she did.
I actually agree with your opinion, but it has no merits on this case. Your keep asserting that people were defending him, but that isn't the same of being critical of the outcome of this incident. It can be possible to both hate abusers and think Spur got the judgement wrong and that the woman was partially responsible for what happened.
No, don't fall into victim blaming now. It's one thing to be critical of him, but we know nothing about his circumstances or those of his wife.
