Spur Incident

Libtard card, race card, which one are you pulling next?

you are exactly like this woman, trying to turn the table of what you are accused of.

he tells her, her god daughter is bullying, she then calls him a bully. :crylaugh:

trump is coming for you :D

OK, so how is this ban from all national Spur restaurants going to be enforced?

"I am sorry sir, based on our facial recognition access control system's records, your access is denied."

That's if he ever voluntary wanted to return to Spur after this, he must really enjoy that overpriced junk.

You can be charged for assault without even touching someone. You really need to get educated.
Yup.

If you "pretend" to swing a cricket bat at someone in an attempt to threaten them, I believe it would count as assault.

What? Spur is suddenly going to deliver great food and service!
Oh, nevermind. Thought that's what the fuss is about:whistle:

"I am sorry sir, based on our facial recognition access control system's records, your access is denied."

Yet I bet they don't use their facial recognition system to bar all the ex-rapists and murders in the country.

I know, I just wanted to check how you will react if I start acting like you, hell bent on my skewed opinion and screw any other info that comes out. That's why I said earlier in this thread that either you are deeper involved than you are saying, or you are just prejudiced.

Tried searching for black twitter on Google Play. Couldn't find it. Can anybody post a link where I can download the app?

Why do people go to Spur?

Is it the only restaurant with kids play area?

so how does the difference in physical size negate equal treatment?

equal treatment!! but not if you are bigger or smaller because of gender.

The difference in physical size doesn't negate equal treatment, no idea what you're on about.

go watch again, 1:24, he tried to move the table away from her to get close to her.

Why's he getting closer to her? It's intimidation, it's also assault. You need to stop. But then again you think she has dark circles under her eyes because she's an addict. There's no reasoning with you.

Wait, so if a Victim starts slapping the Abuser then the Abuser is in the wrong? What?

In the realm of physical abuse if the "victim" instigates slapping he/she is a abuser and no longer a victim. They both started off verbally abusive and he escalated it physically in this case.

Incidents like this reminds me that there are advantages to me being gay.

Never have to deal with the retardation that comes with having two sexes. Don't have to defend little people that get in trouble. Etcetera.

That's not what your original statement said. Women are equally capable of being the abuser.

In the case of a woman slapping a man that would make him the victim. If he retaliated by punching her, she started it. Although most men would not punch a woman.

No! The behaviour of ANY victim is not an excuse for the abusers actions.

That depends on how you define the victim and the abuser. Woman have the colossal privilege in the fact that they can get away with hitting men in public and not face the huge social repercussions. That affects they way that they deal with men as they know that they can be as abusive as they want to as the man will end up being in the wrong regardless if he does anything.

Since people don't film random people talking pleasantly to each other, we can already assume that one or both parties started escalating things. Automatically assuming it is the guy who did it is as sexist as it is racist assuming she escalated it because she is black.

Everyone and their twitter account is (again) making large assumptions and jumping to even larger conclusions without seeing the full story.

Some examples of the kind of people we have in SA
