Spur Incident

There's nothing indicating racism in the interaction, just two adults acting like ANCYL members.

I wasn't the one who felt the need to say that hooligan has black friends.

Both acted inappropriately but one crossed the line, laid hands on a child who isn't his and assaulted a woman and the entire table full of kids when he lifted the table up like that.

And nobody condones that behaviour. The argument came into play when it was mentioned that the (supposedly false) witnesses are his friends, his black friend would not publicly defend him if it were a racial matter but unfriend him in the very least unless of course she is not his friend in which case the friend-false-witnesses argument is void.

All I'm saying is that he took it there and his actions were completely unacceptable. Something many here seem to not want to admit for some strange reason

You don't get it. We do condemn him for his actions. We also condemn her for her creating the situation which endangered the child. If both people had acted like decent human beings this would be a non event.

No you are the one with totally ridiculous views here. You condemn her for creating the situation? Are you cracked? How the hell did she create the situation? Are you really this stupid?

If I see that an argument is starting and I have small children around me, I do NOT make the situation worse by arguing back. I placate the other individual because at the end of the day you don't know what they might do to you or the children. My first responsibility is the children and making sure they are safe and having a good time. Take the hit, say sorry even if your child wasn't at fault. You can already see the man is mad and he won't listen to any excuses or reason. Be smart for god sake.

We are not debating how you would handle the situation. We are here to determine who was out of line and how it got there. He took it there by physically handling her god child. End of story, you do not touch another persons child ever.

If you go back on this thread I said initially that they were both out of line. After seeing that he violently grabbed her god child like that, I changed my stance because that is pure BS and she should lay charges against him.

I see that some find it difficult to admit that he is the aggressor and offender in this situation. That's fine, carry that stupidity around with you and live in your world where the facts don't matter, only your self fueled false narrative and bias views.

I agree with the charges but lets look at the order of events here. The argument was happening before the child got grabbed. The argument shouldn't have happened. He took it too far and should be charged and banned, she let it go to far, she should be banned as well. Capiche?

You can't touch someone's child like that and expect them to stay rational. She handled the situation well considering some maniac just grabbed her child by the arm and pulled him! That's my point, we are human and we all have breaking points.

What if someone walks up to your wife/girlfriend/sister, grabs her ass and calls her a whore? Will you remain calm and just move on? Or will you react? This is my point, he took the situation and escalated it to the swearing and screaming match it ended up being.

If you can't grasp this concept you are either really stupid or you don't want to grasp it... as I said due to pure bias.

I'm enough of a man to asses the situation beforehand and then make my decision based on that. I've seen far too many confrontations turn ugly because people react without thinking. This white knight attitude is going to get you hurt one day because you want to preserve some imaginary honor or dignity at the expense of safety.

Operate out of fear of anyone getting violent and let bullies do and say anything they want to, whenever they want to. Gotcha

Your defense of this stupidity is really far reaching huh?

If that's how you choose to let people treat you then cool, your choice. The fact of the matter though is we are assigning blame and you are dodging that by saying she should have been Ghandi. Well that doesn't change the fact that he was aggressor and perpetrator here. No matter how hard you try and defend him or say they are both equally guilty.

I suppose if he walked in and randomly shot her your defense would be "well we live in dangerous times, I always wear a bulletproof vest when I leave the house"

Lol ah cloudster why are you taking this situation as a personal attack?
You keep dishing out the word bias but you fail to prove that we are biased.

This is a discussion, we all have different perspectives of this incident but you're unable to realize this topic is not about a man grabbing a kid, this discussion is about the whole event so aside from keep going on about the individual grabbing the kid, look at other aspects.

You see the world in your box, you can be easily minuptatled

It's Saturday, chill..
Wow, it's as if you were the one being grabbed

Did he pull the child violently? Probably not. dID HE hurt the child? No. thats more in line with lets go to your mother and calmly sort out your behaviour problems. Mom, obviously an ill mannered person from the video , takes offence and start swearing. If it was me, I'd crash her head through that table.

No, you don't get it. You say if she disciplined her kid this wouldn't have happened? I have a problem with this ignorant and stupid statement for two reasons. First, we don't know which child started this, I know in your bias little brain it must have been the black kid but we don't know, it's as simple as that. Second this guy was aggressive and as far as we can see, he was the first one to start with the swearing. He was definitely the first one to lay hands in someone else's child. So your "if the child was disciplined" statement is plain and simply idiotic. Another thing, who is he to tell her how to discipline her child? Even if her God child did, he was so aggressive there was no chance to resolve the situation.

You talk of the root of the problem? Well that is another fictitious scenario and narrative you have created in your tiny brain to support your bias. Yes I viewed evidence, video footage is considered evidence and it is all we have for this. If memory serves you consider faith to be evidence and believe in sky fairies, no wonder you haven't a clue as to what real evidence looks like, you rely on faith based evidence to create and fulfill the narrative you want to be reality but bad news, it isn't the truth. No matter how much faith you have and no matter how much you will it to be true.

There's just no reasoning with unreasonable people like you because facts aren't important to you. False narratives are what you live for and it's obvious by so many statements you've made on this forum over time.
According to eye witnesses it was her child that started it. She is also the first one to start swearing. If this guy was aggressive then she was even more aggressive. Of course a 50 second soundless video won't show all this but you have faith you can interpret it correctly

Yes we have faith, faith that all of the witnesses (some black) aren't mistaken or lying.

She handled the situation well? By being the one to start swearing? I don't want to know what handling it bad would be then.

Not defending the guy here but take heed of these words. Never blindly react to try and protect people unless you actually can, rather try to diffuse the situation or call the police.

People encourage this behaviour especially when protecting women. Just in another thread some guy was killed throwing stones at hi-jackers trying to save a women. AFAIK they took the car anyway so he died for nothing. If he had a gun on him too, I'd understand him taking action as he would have had a fighting chance. Seen it quite a few times when people are fighting over a percieved slight at one's girlfriend instead of diffusing the situation.

People always expect random men to jump to the rescue of a woman with complete disregard for there own safety. Always assess the situation first and see if you have a reasonable chance of getting out of it alive, in many cases white knight behaviour will get you killed.

You obviously did not watch the CCTV video. The was already seated between her Godmother & Nico when he grabbed her.
