Who would you see in a video 30 seconds longer in the beginning that are not in the one they released? The chances are exactly the same people would be in the video that was released, which would nullify any and all complaints that you have.

Legal advice (as with Spur's other dubious definitions) could be anything . Maybe their legal advice is not to show the white guy being vindicated as it could provoke a national outcry.

No. People should deal with their conflicts like adults and not rely on calling the teacher. **gasp** it is possible to deal with situations without physicality or lawyers.

Do not agree. What is reasonable adult behaviour to you, is not the same to the next person. People need a "teacher" to keep the checks and balance in place.

Yeah, but it is a much better alternative to a society where the most physical person gets to hold sway.
People currently think being physically strong is impressive. It is not. People think threats like "p**s klap" are cool. Those people should learn the truth that the law is above them, and will come down on them

Say the man want to press legal charges against the woman, and he needs the video as court evidence? In which case, a public viewing taints the evidence. In my opinion, it is being withheld due to minors (yeah, I see my mistake in my above post) being involved. It is not a conspiracy.

Between getting physical with the person and calling a lawyer, I would call a lawyer.
But not everything needs to result in that. A discussion with the person could resolve the problem easily. If the person escalated it, then thats a different story.
 
I am not sticking up for this bloke?
But it is time whites take a stand and Boycott Spur because they should of dealt with the matter better.
They have decided to take a side and back this foul mouthed lady by banning the dude, in effect you are white we don't
want you here or any of our establishments. One Month of Boycotting then see how this business will change their tune.
Take your high prices and shove it.

Obviously. I am not saying there isn't a place for lawyers for serious offences. What I am saying is that there is a place for people to deal with situations themselves without a nanny.
