This is one of the error messages I get on Firefox when trying access online banking of a certain bank. On other browsers I get similar security errors. Chrome and IE just say the site can't be reached. All other websites work fine, including secure sites and other banking websites (different bank).
Here's the thing - it only happens on my Telkom ADSL connection. The minute I switch to my mobile data connection, it works fine on all browsers. I tried this on my mobile device too, same result. On the Telkom connection I cannot connect, on mobile service provider I can connect. The bank is convinced the problem is with my ISP - maybe a router setting or some kind of security block by Telkom. And I think they're probably right.
Any ideas I can try without calling Telkom again? The technician they always send out to my area has no clue. He was here two weeks ago and might have actually caused the problem, as he was messing around in the router settings.
