The guy with the toys-are-us colostomy bag in the back is the giveaway.
Eh, fair enough. I'm sure if you look at small res, low light smartphone (real) photos there may be background happenings that you might perceive as AI weirdness when it's just something that can't be seen clearly enough to be make sense of it. A couple of years ago someone might have just looked and thought it's some dude messing around with some kind of toy.

The fact that I had to go to that extent reflects the excellent quality of your workflow.

Its the shape of the front of his bathing suit that drew my attention. The piping reinforced what I noticed. Just the blue piping on its own, looks like a toy as you say.

If you haven’t discovered Pinokio to play with this stuff mostly pain free…well now you have.

Yes, Pinokio is cool. I've been using it for a while, there's so many "toys" to play with that I run out of HDD space pretty quickly ;) .

Having said that, the manual setup for most of these apps aren't too complicated as long as you use the good practise of setting up dedicated virtual environments for each apps so that they don't mess up your global python or each other's python environments.

Anyone playing with Hunyuan? Just put my fear of Comy aside to try it for the last 2 days

It's on my to-do list. Been playing with LTX, COG Video X and so HDD space is a bit too full to play with this as well.

Tried out Hunyuan last night, keep getting OOM issues even though it should work on my GPU, 16GB VRAM, and it requires a bunch of large LLM and clip models as well.

Doesn't seem worth the time, effort, space to try to get it to work to sit and wait for 10 minutes or more to generate 3 seconds of video. For now I'll do basic videos with mimicmotion, animatediff and depthflow and leave the more advanced video stuff to Kling, Minimax, Vidu, Runway, etc.
