The Cape Town page (http://www.capetown.gov.za/en/electricity/Pages/LoadShedding.aspx) is still to be updated, but according to this article we have 18:00 to 20:30...

I would love it if they showed us their generation capacity for the week and their demand forecast for the same period. Would make our planning so much more easier.
