Stage 1 loadshedding from 9am Monday

The electricity is still off in Kraaifontein. Was supposed to be back on at 04h30. Someone hit that snooze button one time too much.

More than likely a substation has tripped. Or cables were stolen while the power was off.
 
This is in a bid to minimise the impact on traffic, as load-shedding will see robots go out at traffic intersections.

As if they're doing us a favour. Not all traffic lights go out during load shedding. They've had how many years to fix this problem and make sure that all traffic lights are working during load shedding. At the very least they could have traffic marshalls working on those busy intersections during loadshedding.

Nothing has changed. The ANC buggered up the economy and all else.

Even on or two whites on the helm, will not make a big difference. All eye blinding or sugar coating.
It all boils down the people or warriors you have below you. Without them the war on electricity is not won.
 
21 hours of load shedding? So pathetic did you guys get bought by news24?

Intersections with multiple lanes are a nightmare to navigate through, especially with the increased amount of taxis on the road. Then you also have other drivers who ignore the rules of the fourway stop. This is one of those occasions where people have to be policed.

I wonder who is benefitting from this. As with everything involving there ANC where the general populace suffers there is someone making money off our misery. I wonder who it is this time, or is it the same old cronies.

of course someone is, from diesel contracts to the dodgy coal contracts and probably the part purchases also that result from it
 
So Eskom starts LS at 09:00 "to assist with keeping robots working during peak hours to help people get to work". Then they sit on their butts at work. Then no one cares how long it takes people to get home in the evenings?
More useless spin. Where do they find the idiots that write these press releases ?
