Why doesn't SB send their customers some sort of apology personally? It would be nice to get an SMS or email stating the problem is being fixed/has been fixed and they're sorry... Why do I have to find out from a news article?![]()
Because large companies send out information like this in the form of a press release.
Press is great, but knowing they're back up and running should be sent to me. I don't have to check on THEM during my day.
I had a personal apology from SB today - for something completely different.
It was as bizarre an apology as I have ever had, though. The agent sounded like she was reading from a sincere and heartfelt script.
As apologies go, it was abject, but not believable.
Not so much the money as the relentless yelling at them, I think. How much money do you make for SB to personally call you and apologise? Are you a Gupta?

When are they going to fix it???
The app isn't working for me since yesterday.
It says "TECHNICAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED", and is terribly slow to even get to that error.
