Standard Bank ditching mobile web for apps, USSD

Suppose it makes sense...depending on how good their app is...

I prefer doing banking on my pc.
 
Sadly no app for WindowsPhone 8. Atleast USSD works there. WP7.8 are ***** out of luck
 
Their android app is pretty good, except that you cannot view your investment profile.
 
There are still many data enabled phones out there that aren't smartphones. Even for sale at the moment (think Nokia Asha series). They are excluding a lot of possible customers (unless these aren't their target).

with only .59% customers who use that portal its understandable. sux for them though.
 
They can't even get their internet banking portal right.
Last night, after making a payment, clicked on ''Statements'' & it logged me out of the account.

Not the first time that's happened - haven't come across this peculiarity with any other institution I've done banking with - Nedbank, ABSA or Capitec.
 
Banked with std for 33 year... they great... but to be honest the std bank andriod app just plain sucks... ... force clos, authentication falures on different devices...

I have a saving card and a credit card. How do I register both or can I only use 1 of the cards?
