Standing in the queue

Fortunately there were a few hotties in the queue, kept my eyes busy the whole time. Met a nice young bloke that wants to sell me aloe vera products as well :D

Did p-ss me off that few people jumped the queue. One lady joined family halfway down the line and another dude just simply joined the queue.

Took me 5 mins when I went at 1.20 pm :D

Everyone sleeping there :p

Took me 30 mins in the queue, saw so many old neighborhood friends, made the wait somewhat bearable.

30 mins would have been a breeze.

It took two and a half hours to cast my vote. There was only one guy scanning ID documents. The rooms with the voting booths were all practically empty.

You vote at Boskop? Sounds like our experience.

I went to vote at about 3pm and the walk to and from my old school took longer than the entire voting process. My brother got there before 7 and he spent 1.5hrs in the queue.

Took 5 mins, went at 2pm. Last time I was there before 7 and it took almost 1.5 hours. Think I will do the waiting thing from now on.

Our station was a mess - somehow they had mixed up the voter roll so the first 30min they would literally look through every single page for the name to cross off. Then someone (not sure who) went in there, stopped the whole process and forced them to get it back into alphabetical order. And hey presto, things went much faster after that, who would've guessed. All in all, 2 hour wait and they created a backlog that probably lasted until around 14h00 :/
