StarCraft II to support 'Pseudo-LAN' functionality

RoosTa you seem to be one of those "pirate games and I kill you!" people...The type that goes into a frenzy when someone mentions piratebay. You are also the kind who types those posta whilst listening to the latest music in MP3 format that you "got" from a friend. If you can honestly tell me that you dont have illegal music or movies then well done! Otherwise STFU!

\\Puts eye patch on Yarrgh! Shiver me timbers!
**Ps Lan issues....

hehe

Make limited copyrights to protect artists and put reasonable times that those copyrights stay in existence..

I fully agree with this. Today they release a new game at a max full price. 6 months later it`s on budget/classic :D
for 1/3 of the price to get that last buck. 6months later you can`t find the game. Games have a short term,
the better the new games look/play (higher demand), the worse the value of the older ones. (like the value of property vs. vehicle)

It`s like a certain members depreciating :p

How about bringing something constructive to the thread?

People of course.

But what I find rather fascinating is that people are the evils here. I don't know if I want to support people who don't know the difference between right and wrong. I mean, go to the MyBB WoW forums and advertise a private server. I dare you.

Though, Nerfherder is the only one who actually made some sense here and Jabber gave me an idea on a middle ground.

Go ahead, pirate Sc2. Then wait for their prices to drop and then buy it if you liked it. There; you got your game and supported the guys who put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it. I mean it took them 5+ years of hard work, so that you can have your 10+ hours of fun after all. Surely they deserve *some* reward?

(PS I'm talking in 3rd person here - not making it personal to anyone here)

So its profits you really consider important. If it was people you would support people, if it was profits you would support copyright. Copyright is 99% about greed. Piracy is 99% about sharing and giving. Haha.. I kill me.

Nice morality you base your evil on :D

Can not believe it but for the first time I agree 100% with you

[-]Did you even bother reading the rest of my post? Doesn't look like it, because you seem to take sentences out of context and twist it into your own demented world.

Unless your next response has any good reasoning as to why people should be allowed to get free software, I'm writing you off as yet another troll.[/-]

Anyways, not going to bore people with more anti-piracy crap.

If the new B.net is gonna be like steam, then I'm happy, as I only have 1 problem with steam (no local authorization) but still love it. Just really glad they not going down the road where you are only allowed to activate your key only 5 times, or your key can only be activated 1or 2 at a time, and to re-install you need to de-activate your key

Been on steam for a while and semmi pleasant.
I agree with the local authorization and would also have loved
local bank account details to buy credits with.
