I'm am very unhappy at the moment with my internet service, I could always play a online game called "starcraft" with better performance than most my friends could with adsl, But for about the last three months I have been experiencing A lot of breaks in my internet with a big cut down in speed, everytime, I call the custormer centre they try and look for a problem which never was there like bad signal or bad reception in the area for iburst but why was this never a problem in the past!!!I've had iburst for 4 years now and in three years i never had bad service or bad reception or very bad speed with my connection, but the last few month have led me to change my opinion about iburst, as I recommended iburst to someone but now i regret it. I'm really sick and tired of iburst tring to make excuses, and not even following up!! I'm really considering cancelling my contract, as soon as it expires, If i can't do what i've done since being at iburst, I do not see the use in using iburst as an internet service provider. How can just playing one online game change?while iburst people claim that they do not filter ,throttle or do anything to the internet as such than why as my service changed??????? I've been staying in the same house for ten years, the router has worker fine where it is now in the the past. I don't know what else to say, but i really do hope that this will be taken seriouslly as i can't go on with this type of internet. I always thought I was getting value for money, but at the moment i disagree!

How can u say that you never heard of starcraft!!!!!Best strategy game!!!ever

Ja no dude, I don't know it. I think that the age of the empires is the best game ever.

my eyes are bleeding

when will people learn that wireless tech and online gaming do not go hand in hand (some people have high hopes for LTE but I'll adopt a wait and see approach)

I've played on Xbox live quite a lot with Iburst, most times it works with no issues. Probably better then my old 512k ADSL line I had.
