But isn't that moving goal posts?Magashule will have his court appears and that will be the end off it. He won't see the inside of a jail nor will he relinquish his position within the ANC. So, the status quo remains.

We still haven't defined the big fish yet, it makes things slightly difficult seeing as the likes of Magashule are being prosecuted, is he now a small fish?
I don't think you are. Bigwigs (top government/party cadres) and rich people can frustrate the process by lodging multiple objections and adopting different tactics.Okay. Maybe I'm too pessimistic. Lets see
My problem on this forum has always been dishonesty, when the dishonesty is pointed out it's usually followed with moving of goalposts or some rant that has nothing to do with the topic.I don't think you are. Bigwigs (top government/party cadres) and rich people can frustrate the process by lodging multiple objections and adopting different tactics.
tbh, I have resigned to the fact that zumas & guptas will face no consequences (although for different reasons).
I know it sounds naive but in software terms, if one inherits a s/w product that is integrated into multiple systems and has huge number of flaws, it is near to impossible to fix it unless you put enormous amount of good resources (devs) to rebuild it and even then that would take time. And if you are told that you have to take current devs as part of development, then you are basically screwed..
I view our situation like that inherited software. Thousands of corrupt people and not everyone can be thrown off the team.. Much more complicated than software. I just hope NPA does its job, at least the team has competency.
But isn't that moving goal posts?

Let's just say you barged into my conversation with TelkomUseless with your alternative goalposts, because clearly our goalposts was prosecution arising from the Zondo commission, fair enough?I disagree. The goal post here, is for Magashule to go to jail. That will never happen. Before you say he needs to be found guilty first, that won't happen because the status quo is to frustrate the courts and have endless postponements - there will never be a time where a sentence is handed down to Magashule. Look at Zuma... how long ago was the arms deal saga? Still, zero consequences for that... and there never will be.
Hence I say, status quo maintained. Magashule even told the media "not to worry too much about the constitution" - because he is above it.
I do find it funny and suspicious them talking in public forum. Why not just phone JZ.. email him...hmm.. I wonder if CIC is gonna offer a rescue plan .. CIC & Zuma working for best interest of the country - I am sure I got "country" definition completely wrong.

A greedy criminal who wrecked this country and a deranged racist psycopath who is causing some of the worst divisions I've seen in this country are being praised for their apparent contribution.
I would like to answer that if I may. NO.After all this money... will we ever get prosecutions going (not the small fishes..)
Well said, even if it was to someone who is simply going to troll you for it now.I disagree. The goal post here, is for Magashule to go to jail. That will never happen. The longer answer is, simply look at who is being called to testify and ask yourself why people like the SG or president himself havent been called yet, despite being implicated by quite a few witnesses. Sure they have called Zuma, but he is merely a scapegoat who has fallen out of favour. This whole thing is a farce and a witch hunt to get rid of political black sheep.
I wouldnt mind (let the rats turn on each other) if I (tax payer) wasnt funding the circus.
Actually, they are being transparent, don't you think? I am not saying they have good intentions behind this transparency.I do find it funny and suspicious them talking in public forum. Why not just phone JZ.. email him...
Trying to gather support I presume. Malema probably wants JZ's supporters...
