Steam store not working on rain

I’m on the R999 package and unable to download games from Steam. My download will start, run at 7mbs for 1-2 minutes and then slow down before completely stopping. The only way to get it to start again is to reset my router, after which the same thing occurs. I am trying to do this download at about 9pm on a Friday.

Am I being throttled? Is this a DNS issue? Something with the IP address I’m being assigned? I’ve got no clue what it is but it’s really frustrating.

Edit: Looks like it was a temporary issue, my downloads are working again now.

Thank you for taking my call, please keep me updated regarding the other sim card
 
Any idea when this will be fixed. I can't even download from the Steam Workshop anymore. A 16MB mod takes almost an hour to download correctly. Same with Farming Simulator 22 (Modhub), the downloads keep failing.

Edit: Things seems to be back to normal. Thanks!

Similar problem here.

I can open a game at 30mb download and it will from to below 2mb after playing 2 minutes
