Steam Summer Sale launch date announced

I miss the days of the online wallet being held in US$. Somehow buying a PC game in $$$ just felt better.
 
Hate to say it but ever since they stopped doing dailies the specials havent been that great....
 
I'll have a look and see what they have. Where some decent deals in the last two major steam sales.

Yeah. Steam sales are fairly crap now. I care far more about GOG sales these days.

The best deals are usually had from Humble Bundle, if you get lucky. When they have a bundle of games that you like, you can pick up a lot of great games for only $15. Or even less depending on which games you want.

What I do with Steam is look out for games that I want, and add them to my wishlist. Then, as soon as they go on sale, I get a notification. I can then decide if I'm willing to pay that new price.
 
Any other games that MyBB members play together besides the dead boring Diablo 3?

Between Humble, Steam and GOG there are not that many games that I want that could go on special, I think I have most of what I want and more than I need.

Everytime I see a sale I go look at my backlog to remind me I never play those $ 5 games.

Oh don't worry I buy games just so that I can look at my collection and marvel over it. Play games? Who does that, lol!
