Was thinking the same thing. I'm a bad Jew. But bacon is so good that once inside, I will be awesome!
But aren't Steers all halaal?
Also they use Facon at a lot of their branches....

I had burger king twice while travelling. Totally overpriced compared to steers. Tons of salad etc yet the meat is no more than a mcd junior burger patty. Price of burger was 60 bucks. Was totally ridiculous. Mcdonalds was half the price for more even.
Seriously i wont be going to eat soon. Steers the everyday meal is worth it or spur or mcdonalds. Expect to be paying for the name brand burger king more than for the food you get.

Nope. The one across the road from my house is but there is another one 4 km up the road that isn't.

How can you even compare the two?! With BK you were paying in a foreign currency and with steers you are paying in rands. You can't convert it to rands and then say its expensive

Not really cause you get Steers that do sell bacon. The one in Norwood (big Jewish area) sells bacon.....but the Debonairs up the same road on Grant is Halaal. No bacon to be found there. Cause they only have one store in the country and that store does not sell bacon for reasons that we do not speak
of Steers are in their full right to say they have the bacon

There must be close to 100 halaal stores nationwide. May seem a lot but considering there over 500 Steers branches in total, it's not so much.
